House will be fully furnished with everything your need for a comfortable stay. Fixed price for the entire 10 days of Sundance. Great for team or family with multiple people coming and going.

Plenty of street parking and room for 3 cars in driveway. Coffee Tea and Condiments provided along with all bathroom sundries.

Dogs welcome!!! Also,We have 3 dogs that live here. We will have professionally cleaned, before you come, but folks with dog sensitivity should not stay. Non-refundable once booked.
